Same experience as nearly everyone else here. Rude and arrogant owner, screaming at me over the phone when it was his mistake. No apology, just care factor zero. I WAS a regular customer too. Not any more…

SERVING PORK IN THE NAME OF HALAL FOOD, NOT ADMITTING MISTAKE AND OUTRIGHT RUDE!The lady at the counter confirmed beef and chicken is halal and will be cooked separately, confirmed food will be halal, and then served us dinner pack with pork in the fried rice! We called and the owner hung up the phone on us! When called again, stated WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HALAL IS WHAT! WHY MAKE FALSE PROMISES!! Did not even care to apologise!! The level of rudeness from this person is unbelievable! Went on and on about how wrong we are! I wanted to give local business a chance and its sad to see owners like this! All we wanted was an acknowledgement of mistake! But sadly, seems deliberate! I have never faced such an issue in Australia before!I am NEVER going to this place again!

Everything bar the fried rice I’ve thrown out from my order. Absolutely terrible. Cheap but inedible.

Very busy now ,all takeaway ,no entry to store ,the garlic king prawns once again weren't cooked and excessive amount of uncooked vegetables. It usevto be a 5 .

Been a loyal customer to this restaurant but will definitely not be coming back after appauling customer service from the owner.Just like many other reviews have brought up here.. the owner is RUDE AND ARROGANT.Went in to grab some Takeaway with my husband and two of our friends.Served our friends first . Wasn 't friendly but also wasn 't overly rude ..Fair enough MAYBE he just isn 't a friendly human...Serves my husband and I nextNo greeting just a yes ? and a glareStarted orderingAsked a simple question asking how many pieces are in a dish we wanted to order as we were tossing up between ordering one or two servings of the dish ...Owner arrogantly glares at us and loudly replies what u expect me to count the pieces ? How would I know ? Smirks and just glares at us as if we had asked something so out of this world .We were so thrown off guard at his response. Our friends heard the entire thing so this better not be denied if they read this.Get that guy off the orders and serving customers before you lose more REGULAR CUSTOMERSFood has always been great.Every other staff member has always been so pleasant to be served by.Surely not faulty them just YOUR ARROGANT RUDE OWNER .
