Gostionica San Marco

Valun is a very beautiful old and small fishing village. This year we were back at San Marco at dinner. Excellent fish and very friendly service. Very recommended. Unfortunately a bit expensive, as at present but everywhere in Croatia. Attention when parking. You have to park at the beginning of the village and then walk to the sea over a good but very steep path. Makeable with strollers. But bring time. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

The Konoba is located right by the sea in Valun, the cellar speaks very well German and there are many dishes with seafood.

Nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung, klar, tolle Location, halt Valun. Für VegetarierInnen und VeganerInnen bleiben die Beilagen. Die waren OK!

Very good restaurant for seafood dishes. Sea food pasta (linguini) was really tasty and rich, the same goes for seafood risotto. Tuna on the grill was fresh and nicely done. Staff was friendly. Prices are normal, risotto 14 eur, linguini 18 eur (very rich with seafood). And portions are big! I recommend this place!
