Chick-fil-a - Prince Frederick

I had a great experience with the ride through the employee Jack Carver), who always remembers me and illuminates every day. I never gave a review of a restaurant, but I feel he deserves recognition.

Staff were wonderful I hosted a catering function for work and they double checked to make sure I was coming to pick up the food.

The bag was not packed with care and all the food fell on the ground. I lodged a complaint on their website , they have not reach out to me. Oh well.

I really love this location. All of the employees are very friendly and nice. My 6 year old likes to order her food herself and they are so sweet to her. This location is very quick and the area is very nice. I hope to come back here VERY soon.

It's a great place to go eat if the chicken hasn't been setting to long because sometimes it's been sitting likwhen they stock pile it for the lunch bunch I ask for a fresh cooked order they ignore me
