The breakfast waitress was friendly and efficient both times. Unfortunately, we would not return for dinner. The steak was overcooked and tough, and the garlic bread was essentially white toast with garlic butter. The baked potato lacked any additional trimmings. Overall, it was not worth the $25 price tag.
I made the mistake to think that breakfast was included and I didn't know that there was a menu obviously I was still tired after a long day of the trip on the previous day. The food was good and the service was excellent. I'd dinate there when I stay in the Four Points, but I'd take a look at the menu instead of the buffet.
I ordered breakfast in my room. The vegetables in the omelet were almost raw and undercooked. The hash browns were dry and the sausages seemed like they had been microwaved. I would not choose to eat breakfast here again, as there are better options in the city.
I had two breakfasts here. The service was good and the food was good. I'd like to have my own hot water for my tea.
The restaurant at the 4 Points Sheraton was a delightful experience. The young staff member who served me was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Overall, my experience at Blackwater 4 Points was top-notch. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.
