McDonald's - Prince Rupert

I really enjoy the service at your restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

I am extremely frustrated at the moment. I went to McDonald's to order dinner - 6 meals and some extra burgers. When I got home, I realized once again that they had forgotten to include one of the double burgers.

I often find that my order is not prepared correctly at this restaurant. During my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two iced coffees with two shots of espresso and half the cream. Unfortunately, when we received our order...

It seems there's always a waiting line for the food after you've paid! And that's the Drive thru and inside as well... frustrating for fast food...

Every morning I drive through the ride for a big black coffee, soaking egg McMuffin with a hash brown 5 am. Once in a Blue Moon it can be fresh and hot, but most of the time it is cold or light...warm. I'm not sure if the employees realize that if it wasn't for the girls... they wouldn't have a job. Anyway, I recommend the coffee and nothing else, it's less terrible then.
