I like my italian cold cuts prepared a special way and they accommodate each time I order one. Waitresses and all the staff are pleasant and friendly! the owner is usually there and can be seen pitching in wherever he is needed etc . Called in an order for me and some coworkers and staff was extremely rude and rushed us taking our order. I spoke with Manager who stated when making special orders they do not have time to answer questions as it takes too long. Basically saying that bc we are ordering off the menu it’s inconvenient for them! As someone ordering for the first time I would expect more patience with large orders.
