The restaurant must rent another employee they are currently trying to come with 2 people who do everything, including making sushi, homeowners, ordering and cooking hot food. Pays a lot for very little fish and cold pig chashu in the ramen. I would recommend avoiding this place until they either lower their prices or improve service and food.
The service was disappointing as well. The older waitress was quite rude. I asked if I could charge my phone, and she bluntly informed me that there were no chargers available. Later, when I mentioned I was going to pay with Apple Pay and my phone was at 2%, she suddenly offered to charge it for me—this inconsistency was frustrating. As for the food, it was mediocre at best—nothing special to write home about. I have my doubts about the freshness of the ingredients; it seemed like a lot of items were frozen, since I could hear the microwave buzzing on and off throughout my visit. I certainly won’t be returning; I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. The only bright spot during my experience was the younger waitress. She was very polite and helped me decide what to order. Unfortunately, the overall experience was so disappointing that I'm reluctant to change my review. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—look for better options. Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Additionally, a note to the owner: I’ve been to Biz restaurant several times, and while things may seem fine, I urge you to clean up the kitchen. The oven you cook the food in is filthy. There’s a thick layer of oil and dried food covering the stainless steel worktops and hotplates. You can do better. Thank you.
I strongly recommend that you avoid this restaurant for your own sake, and perhaps for the sake of others as well. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, unfortunately, this is not the right place. If you expect to be treated with respect while dining out, you will likely be disappointed here—such a shame! And if you're simply in search of good Japanese food, this may not be the spot for you either.
I had the worst restaurant experience in Princeton during my five years here. The waitress was extremely rude and inflexible about seating, even when it was clearly possible to accommodate us. When we decided to leave and find another place for lunch, she slammed the menu down on the counter. I would NOT recommend this restaurant, especially for groups larger than one!
We have dined here twice so far, and both times were very underwhelmed with the service and food quality given the price. The first time we went, we ordered an avocado roll; but the second time, we were rudely informed that they don?t have avocado rolls (and that they?ve never served them). You can clearly see the avocado rolls in the photo included. The server also took forever to take our order both times, and the food took ridiculously long to prepare. Both times we ordered ramen, and the toppings for the ramen was cold! It wasn?t just cold, it was ice cold! Considering we waited almost 45 minutes for our food, this was rather surprising. The food was very expensive, and we didn?t even get water. Definitely not going back.
