Unfortunately, my food was cold when I received it, and I had to wait a long time in the drive-thru. I believe the owners should put more effort into ensuring that the quality of their food is improved.
The restaurant is very busy and appears to be understaffed at times. There are also periods when only the drive-thru is open.
I had some hotdogs here, and they were just okay—not bad, but definitely not good. They were quite bland, and they overloaded them with chili. The staff was friendly, but they asked three cars to pull up to the front at the same time, and there wasn't enough space for all of them.
Wish I could give negative stars but one will have to do. Everytime I make the unfortunate mistake to eat here they get my order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tonight I ordered two double cheeseburgers. Don?t know how ungodly stupid you have to be to not beable to count and only put one patty on each burger but that?s the quality of person I expect to work here anymore. Still paidthat double price tho. Also patty?s were burnt to a crisp. My burger should not crunch when I bite into it. This place honestlyneeds shut down. I refuse to eat here anymore. It?s sad because they used to be my favorite burgers.
Very clean. And no major complaints with the exception of a slight bit of poor advertisement. There is actually a sign on the side of the building that says you can buy bags of ice there. This used to hold true, however... For the past three months youcannot buy a bag of ice. The reasons vary but the answer is always the same, we don 't sell ice here. If you want DQ ice thenyou HAVE to go to the Oakvale Road store. They are happy to accommodate. Hope this is helpful.
