Contribuisci feedbackThe burger was mediocre. The quality was quite disappointing, and it was not visually appealing. Additionally, my order was incorrect, and the front staff did not provide the best customer service.
I was disappointed that there was no chicken on the menu. While I understand that burgers are typically made with beef or pork, I was pleasantly surprised by the Beyond burger, which was actually quite tasty. I just wish the burgers had a bit more seasoning. On a positive note, the Cajun fries were excellent!
The hours for this restaurant on Sundays are really confusing. They have posted three different opening times: Ubereats shows 12 PM, Google shows 1 PM, and online ordering shows 3 PM. I only found this out because I placed an order on Ubereats at 12:30 PM and my order wasn’t being confirmed. Just so you know, they actually open at 1 PM, as my order was confirmed at 12:55 PM after I tried to get in touch with them. It shouldn't be too difficult to have a consistent schedule.
Awful customer service. Tried going twice in past month and both times, it looks closed with no lights but door open. I go in to place order and enjoy their food but both turns, dealt with rude employees that say ?online orders only?. No signage out front or online to say this. Terrible business model. They need to get better or I?m not trying a third visit anytime ever again. Should be 0 stars from me but it won?t let me.
If you are looking for authentic. Keep looking. The burger had poor quality meat and the sharp tome of the front of desk was anything but customer friendly $24 for 2 burger and one fries plus fountain cokes. The experience was no Improvement on Wendy's
