Dunkin' is meant to bring joy to children, but in this instance, my daughter was unhappy, which made me even angrier as a paying customer. I recommend the store manager takes more care in hiring staff. While employees don't need to be highly skilled, they should at least show basic courtesy and good manners. This incident took place on a Tuesday afternoon around 4:30 PM.
Awful experience! I drove 5 miles to grab an iced latte just 15 minutes before closing time, and they told me they had already turned off the machines because they were about to close. Very disappointing!
The service was incredibly slow, and despite there being five staff members on duty, not one of them was taking orders. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone attended to me.
This is my favorite Dunkin' in the area! The service is always top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I eagerly anticipate my visits to this location because the drinks are outstanding, and the team typically prepares orders quickly.
They have delicious white coconut donuts that I bought for my mom. However, I experienced slow service during my visit at 6 AM.
