La La Lobster - Princeton

We ordered the spicy lobster roll, classic lobster bowl, and lobster mac and cheese. The roll was a bit small in portion size, but the taste was excellent and every bite was satisfying. The bowl was generously portioned, although a large portion of it was filled with brown rice. The mac and cheese was quickly devoured by my kids, indicating that it was delicious. I couldn't give it a perfect rating due to the excessive amount of shell fragments in the lobster meat. I ended up having to pick out a piece from almost every bite.

I ordered the Hawaii lobster roll at this restaurant and was highly disappointed. Despite spending over $25 for one person, the lobster roll was tasteless and the quality of the lobster was not up to par. I would rather eat a shrimp salad from the supermarket than return to this overpriced and lacking establishment. Never again.

To start, this restaurant only offers takeout and does not have table service despite what the Google post says. The parking situation is a hassle, with only garage or meter options available. It is unclear why a takeout-only place is located in this type of area. However, I ordered the Classic Lobster Roll, which was very good with lots of tasty lobster meat. Unfortunately, I had to eat it in my truck.

Lobster rolls can be very hit-or-miss. La La Lobster was a huge hit! I ordered the salad style for me and the spicy style for my husband (our friend ordered it with butter). The lobster meat was fresh, plump and GENEROUSLY presented to us on perfectly toasted buns. We had such a satisfying meal. Simple fare, but very special. Hopefully, this will be a fixture in Palmer Square for many years to come.

My husband and I went to La La Lobster in Princeton for a date night and everything was so delicious! I had the lobster roll, he had a shrimp bowl and we shared a lobster mac n cheese. We highly recommend!!
