Best Mexican cuisine. Las Rocas has become our hands down favorite restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, and the price is correct. If you want real Mexican food without it being too expensive or over seasoned, then make yourself at home in Las Rocas! But, DONT TAKE MY SEAT!!!

This place is amazing. Try the steak fajita chimichanga... it's delicious. I wish they had more beer selection.

Excellent food and service! You can't beat her happy hour prizes and her house Margarita is one of the best I had. It is a family business, local companies and the quality of food and service are representative of this fact! Even if you don't live in Princeton, it's worth it!

Solid Mexican food, but more important, Negra Modelo on-TAP with a lime, your missing now, you know you are...oh.did I mention free chips and delicious salsa.

The service here us always great. They have a great lunch menu rhat is served fast, hot and delicious. I always try something new on the menu. This time I had the chicken taquitos. The shredded chicken is seasoned just right and yummy. You can never go wrong with rice and beans accompaniment
