It's frustrating that the manager decided to buy ice cream for serving instead, which feels like a lack of effort. To make matters worse, the iced coffee I received was improperly made and diluted because it didn’t have any ice! This seems typical of franchise locations, as I've noticed that many Panera franchises often neglect quality service and results. If this is how your business is managed, it might be worth re-evaluating your management practices. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
Seriously? $12 for a sandwich that takes 15 minutes to make and is poorly assembled? My toddler could make a better sandwich! Save your money.
The restaurant is quite clean and has a nice ambiance. I really enjoy the unlimited Sip Club. The food is a bit hit or miss; some dishes are good while others aren't. I ordered the soup on two different days, and the portion sizes varied each time. The BBQ chicken salad and most of the pizzas are delicious, but the sandwiches leave something to be desired. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it only had one small piece of chicken in the center. The photo suggests it should have more. Should I have asked for it to be shredded?
The food is always amazing. The roasted steak and the white Cheddar sandwich I ate was absolutely delicious???????????? I love the small containers for soup and Mac cheese?????????
I?ve been visiting this location for three years now (office close by; like Panera in general). Sadly, it has been going downhill pretty fast this year. Dirty tables are the norm now; so are out of stock items; so are delayed orders. My order today was delayed for almost an hour as reported by Panera. I chose to leave after 25 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to Wegmans next door instead.
