Surf Taco - Princeton

The food is excellent and the service is very friendly. My favorite dish is the taco salad, which is large enough to share between two people. I always order it with grilled chicken, and I highly recommend it!

I had an excellent combo deal that included Maverick’s Burrito, Surf Taco, chips, and a drink. The service was very fast, and the restaurant was clean and quiet.

The tacos were tasty, with fresh ingredients and sauces. I ordered four, and they were served quickly. The top two signature tacos on the menu were definitely the highlight. However, each order just came with one taco and an excessive amount of chips, which left me feeling full from the chips instead of the tacos. I would gladly pay a bit more to receive two tacos per order without the chips. The service was hit or miss; one staff member was very helpful and attentive, while another appeared idle and uninterested.

Excellent food and fantastic salsa bar. I have yet to find an item on the menu that is not tasty. My favorite is the Monterey Burrito Bowl with grilled chicken (actually char grilled, not from a griddle) topped with Verde salsa. The flavors just pop in you mouth. The fresh cilantro that they use adds another dimension. The staff is always nice and the service is fast and efficient. Definitely one of my favs for lunch.
