Mizu - PRINCETON JUNCTION

This is definitely the best sushi restaurant in the area, no doubt about it! The tuna dumplings are absolutely incredible!

Been coming here for 7 years and best place in the town by far. Top tier service, top tier authentic food and honestly the best ambience in the State. The quality of the ingredients is unmatched for miles. The enthusiasm and familiarity with the food which the staff exonerates makes this a West Windsor classic. Love the place, love the food, truly a second family.

My take-out experience never disappoints. Mizu Roll is the most special but everything else is always freshly made and delicious!

Lunch specials are great. Bento boxes are convenient, economical and delicious. You amy try sushis at this place specially the avacado eel sushi.

If you live in the Plainsboro, West Windsor, or Princeton Junction area, Mizu is an absolute must-visit. If you're a sushi enthusiast, spending your money on a meal here for lunch or dinner is definitely worth it. They offer a wide selection of fresh, delicious fish options, and their rolls are mouthwatering just to think about. My personal favorite is the nigiri sushi, but it's hard to resist their appetizers and rolls as well! The salmon, ikura, uni, and scallops are all fantastic! They also serve fatty tuna, sweet shrimp, live scallops, madai, and kampachi (seasonally available, but I've noticed they have them in stock more regularly than other local spots). The only downside I found is that the open seating can feel a bit awkward if you're the only couple there (I usually go early), but I’m far more focused on enjoying the amazing food!
