Eileen's Colossal Cookies - Prior Lake

Our daughter and son-in-law had Eileen make beautiful, tasty white, sparkly cookies for part of their wedding desserts. LOTS of compliments. We are enjoying the left-overs in the freezer...YUM!

The food was delicious. I was searching for a different cookie spot and I was very satisfied.

The restaurant offers a wonderful variety of delicious cookies, and the staff is friendly. I especially enjoy the seasonal decorated cookies on display.

The cookies are delicious and the cookie cakes are my kids favorite, but be very cautious if custom ordering anything on the phone. Last fall I placed an order for 2 cookie cakes. When I arrived to get them, the customizing was mixed up on the cookies. I took it as a mistake and conceded I could have played a part by posdibly not being clear enough. Fast forward to this summer (2023) and my 10 year old wants a cookie cake for his party. In knowing my prior experience I have the gal on the phone go back over the entire order with me (not a complicated cookie) I emphasize fully frosted as this was an important part of the order for him. When I went to pick up the cookie cake, it was done wrong, again. The color wrong and the worst part, not fully frosted as requested. They offered a sorry and come back later. Unfortunately, if you are on a tight timeline or travel a distance to pick up the cookie like myself, that doesn't always suffice and you depend on it being done right the first time. Moral of the story, if you want anything custom, be sure to go in the store to order. When done right they are great!
