The food is delicious, the service is friendly, suitable for families

Currently the best restaurant in the city. They have good standard for both food and drinks. They never stopped improving their quality which is a clear dedication to what they're doing. This time I ordered Fettuccine ala Bolognese and it was great. I'll be honest that I prefer ground beef for the dish more than thin-sliced beef but it still taste good. Their mango juice isn't really a juice but somewhere near slushy which is incredible for this town hot weather. If it's not good, I don't know what is. What a meal!

Great fusion version of local, Chinese and western food.. great place to chill... also an alternative place to bring your laptop and do some work while you get a bite and get caffeine..

Finally, there was a place with good western food! Sandwiches with chiabata and bruschettas are great, soups are huge, so half should be taken to share for 2 people (full for 4, salads are fresh (the beef that you use something more like sausage than real meat, pizzas have middle dough, but are safe better than in other places in Indonesia

Just stopped by Probolingo for a night and I’m glad I noticed Cafe D’Bell Pepper. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was upbeat and the staff were super friendly and helpful! I’ll be stopping in again anytime I’m in the area. Terima Kasih Banyak :
