This Restaurant has a well-chosen choice of local fish, meat and vegetables for food lovers to offer. Our dinner started with locally produced 24 month affined ham passing by beet-mousse , tiny lobster served on hot stones, mussels soup, extremely tender Corsican veal and finished with a variation of Strawberry sorbet, pieces and mousse on caramelized waffles. This culinary variation and taste buds explosion was worth every penny spend. And we spend quite some, but without regrets. Recommended to savor without moderation
Everything was said about the environment and the environment: it is fully proven and justified. for what remains the essentials, our plate, nothing glamorous: the flavors do not take off, the unique menu (which without lobsters and lobsters) does not transport, it is certainly good, but we do not expect anything else from a starred restaurant, life and perfumes! Wake up, get out of this old-fashioned setting that makes your rates exorbitant.
We spent a wonderful evening at the lido, in a superb setting, attentive but discreet staff, sommelier of very good advice and listening to the tastes of each and of course an inventive cuisine, with subtle tastes and very successful associations, bravo to the Romuald Royer chief and to the whole team
Wonderful cuisine where the olfactory is king. bravo! the staff is charming, the beautiful place at the end.... the refinement is also at the rendezvous.
