Café Strandläufer - Prora

We came to the beach runner yesterday morning because we had heard that the coffee should be very good there. Since we thought we were able to read that we could have breakfast there, we wanted to do so. Arriving at the café, we were kindly informed on our request that there is no special breakfast, only grill sandwiches ' barbecue-Ciabatta, waffles and cakes. We first ordered Latte Macciato and coffee and thought about whether and what we should have breakfast when the very nice service (owner?) came back and told us to put us an individual breakfast together from the things she had in the house. We were pleased to see if so much kindness, willingness to improvise and willingness to satisfy us as customers were admitted, and we were truly not disappointed. We were served a breakfast that was perfect for our taste and left no wish open: fresh, still warm ciabatta, butter, cooking ham, salami, various cheeses, honey, tomatoes, soft boiled eggs, alternatively even mirror eggs and agitator were offered, and as a special delicacies there was still a piece of delicious brownie! Our conclusion: In the beach runner there is not only sensational good coffee, the best we have so far drank during two stays on Rügen, but above all also super-friendly and creative service! Of course, not to forget the unique, historic location with the most beautiful environment. It's a totally iconic institution! A real secret tip! We come back guaranteed!!!!

Once our construction site is finished, we will enjoy delicious, warm poppy cakes etc much more often and then we will try your citizens...
