Sushi Master - Prospect

That was the best sushi I've had in a long time. It was incredibly fresh, large, and absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety and fantastic combinations. If you're a sushi lover, you should definitely skip the sushi master!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The sushi was fantastic—definitely some of the best we've ever had. We spent $65 on sushi, a bento box, a sampler, and a tip. Highly recommend!

This is the best sushi restaurant in town! The special rolls were incredible, particularly the 007 and Super Volcano rolls. The Chirashi was fantastic, with exceptionally fresh ingredients. We also tried the tempura ice cream for dessert, and it was delicious!

Another great experience at Sushi Master. I told Yohan about Uni last week and he flew it. Uni was creamy and tasty. Smoked salmon nigiri and Sashimi were delicious and so was tuna. Regardless of where you live in the city, if you want to have delicious sushi, you need to check this restaurant. A you also have lunch. Look at the pictures.

SUSHI MASTERPIECE! Used to be that if we wanted great sushi in Louisville we had to go to Sapporo on Bardstown Rd, so my wife and I were excited to discover this charming East End equivalent tucked in the heart of Norton Commons. The flavors were as dazzling as the presentation as we enjoyed the Fried Tofu appetizer and three signature rolls; Kiss of Fire (careful, this could have been called Blistered Mouth of Fire HOT! Sushi Master and Super Volcano. In hindsight one starter and two of these rolls would have been more than enough as they were all generously portioned. The fish was fresh and delicate and Chef's creativity and care made each bite a complex and rewarding experience. Table service was clumsy in comparison, but it was not for a lack of effort, good intentions, or polite professionalism. In fact, it was completely satisfactory just not the same sublime artwork that we found in the rolls. One could argue we should have been sitting at the available bar anyway to enjoy the traditional Japanese Sushi experience. Enjoy!
