I remember years ago tasting artisa's plants based cheese on a market, thinking 'oh wow, if I was vegan she 'd have covered my cheese!' now, now I am vegan and while I have not cheese I am still so impressed what artisa produces! seriously they need no milk to make delicious cheese!
I was always impressed by the cheeses of artisan, they have a great selection of delicious options.
Without a doubt, it's the best vegan cheese I've ever tasted. The vegan cultures give it a flavor that rivals real cheese, making it enjoyable even for those who typically eat dairy. I frequently order the Kunyani, which is enhanced with Tasmanian pepperberry powder for a nice kick.
When I used to eat a non-plant-based diet, I never really appreciated cheese platters, but this place has changed my perspective completely. Their ethical cheese is absolutely amazing! I often take it to events where everyone else eats meat, and people are always raving about how delicious the artisanal options are. They can't believe they're dairy-free! This is a must-try!
