Artisa - Prospect

Yum! artisa sells in launceston on the weekly market (sat mornings). they also have their products online and at some shop fronts. some restaurants throughout the state use their cheese they can find on the artisa website.

I remember years ago tasting artisa's plants based cheese on a market, thinking 'oh wow, if I was vegan she 'd have covered my cheese!' now, now I am vegan and while I have not cheese I am still so impressed what artisa produces! seriously they need no milk to make delicious cheese!
