Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately, my experience with the customer service was not great. The server I encountered spoke too quickly, making it difficult for me to understand her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she came across as somewhat arrogant. I would suggest that she speak more clearly and at a slower pace to avoid losing customers in the future!
The scanner wasn't working, so I couldn't redeem my promo. The sub I ordered wasn't worth the money. I paid over $12 for a foot-long and expected better quality for my lunch. Subway has significantly lowered its standards.
The poor customer service treat them properly and they always come back. but not here.
I went to the store on Sunday at 10:45, with a promo on my subway Australia app of buy 1 get 1 free sub. As I asked for it to be redeemed I was told their barcode scanner was not functional. Now since I was there already I chose to get two subs anyway. I asked for Wheat Bread which apparently was not ready and all they had was White Bread. The lady serving me puts salads on my sub as if it was garnishing the sub and not actually putting salads. Asked for habanero hot sauce the bottle was almost empty so she puts whatever sauce was left and instead of going and getting more, she moves on to the next sauce. Now I had about $4 on my subcard and purchasing two more footlong subs meant I could get an extra couple doors and could redeem $5 6 off the transaction in total, but oh wait! Out scanner is not working. I mean why are you even in operation if you don’t have the bread, the sauce or the scanner. Pathetic. Never coming back here again.
My go to local, always on time, always the right order despite me changing all the time. Just the best!
