Good food. Nice atmosphere w/beautiful art. We came here on a busy Friday night at around 7:30 and the restaurant was hopping. I had the chimichanga w/shredded (they called it “pulled” but really it was stewed) chicken- it was pretty soggy. Think I’d order it with steak next time since one of my dining companions had the steak tacos and they were delicious and it would be less soggy overall. My youngest ordered a chicken quesadilla and enjoyed it. My oldest and another dining companion ordered the enchilada suizas and both also enjoyed them. Another dining companion got the kids chicken fingers and they were what you’d expect. The Charro beans have pork in them though they don’t list it on the menu- so if there’s an allergy or a preference at the table, just a heads up. We ordered the white queso for the table and everyone enjoyed it. Overall I’d give it a low 4 out of 5 stars. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly enough- fairly loud if it’s busy and they have the music up. Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough clear space between tables for a wheelchair or walker user to get through the dining room easily but they could seat you close to the front (in theory) to remedy this issue. Other wise flat and easily traversed floors, wide double doors, accessible bathrooms.

Service, just awful! The waitress, not friendly!!! Ordered guacamole for BEFORE dinner but it came with our dinners, we told her to take it back. We moved here from California, I've been here one other time and didn't want to come back-food not good. I've had the best in California so nothing compares for me!!!!! I order safe, ground beef tacos so you can't really mess those up!!!!! I won't eat the rice and beans. Not good! Chicken to dry, no taste! Party of 5 and she adds gratuity to our bill, I guess because she knew she sucked?!!!!!! I miss good Mexican food!!!!!!!!

Late lunch (or early diner) we were the only ones in the dining room Great flavor! Rice, refried beans, charro beans, chicken, enchiladas! All great! We will be returning! I have eaten here multiple times and sad to see that the service has gone down hill. The food is great tasting at an affordable price. However, my wife and I stopped in for lunch today and it was 35 mins before our food came, and we only have an hour lunch. Either the waitress or the kitchen must have lost or forgotten our ticket, because there were several tables of 4 and a large group of 8 or 10 that got their orders just a few minutes after ours finally arrive, and they showed up only 10-15 mins ago. To add insult to injury, my order was made wrong, and they completely brought the wrong dish out for my wife. It would be another 10 mins before her dish came out, meaning they completely messed up the order and had to remake it. The manager was the one who brought our dishes out, but offered no apology or explanation. He just put the food down and said enjoy. We had to rush eating our lunches so that we could get back to work. Definitely did not enjoy having to scarf down food. Anyone whose eaten at a Mexican restaurant knows that one of the main perks is quick in and out. I'm glad there are more options popping up in Prosper. This was the last time we'll go to this location.
