First Watch - Prosper

I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. The food quality wasn't great; it looked appealing on the plate but didn't taste good. The salt and ice cream had a gummy texture. We ordered a poached egg and waited 35 minutes for it, expecting it to be good given the long wait. This will be my first and last visit here.

The food and atmosphere are fantastic. I always have a wonderful time enjoying breakfast with family and friends at First Watch.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but we did experience a small issue. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful. I would definitely recommend it any time!

Let's just say the food is great. But... today right outside they are pumping a sewage line and the smell is permeating the restaurant while we try to eat. Plus the music is so loud you can hardly hear each other over the music and we have asked for it to be turned down. They did not. I do this is poor management decision making

The juices and million dollar bacon make first watch over the rest. healthy food choices really taste good. selected breakfast / brunch restaurant.
