The first time, their open sign was lit, indicating they were a 24-hour establishment, but when I drove up to the window, they refused service because they were doing maintenance. If that’s the case, why not turn off the open sign? The second time, I paid for a drink, but they forgot to give it to me. I called to sort it out, but they never answered. The phone line doesn’t even work properly. I won’t be returning to this location again.
I visited this place last weekend and I am very disappointed with this new location's staff. Just before the pay window in the drive thru there's a huge poster advertising a new side item mix pack. I was so excited after I saw it, so I told him to please add one to my order. Which shouldn't be a big deal right? I hadn't paid yet and my food still wasn't ready. He then tells me to hold on and proceeds to go ask someone else if he can add it to my order and she tells him no, complete with eye rolling. He then relayed that to me, and said that I'd have to go back through the drive thru to order it if I wanted it. I asked him why they'd put an advertising sign up after the order screen and right before the pay window if they didn't want you to add it? He had no explanation and the amount of time he took asking was more than it would have taken to fulfill my reasonable request. You should relocate that poster to be next to the ordering screen if you don't want to alienate anymore customers.
Overall very pleased with the cleanliness and experience. Getting a fast breakfast is important for me since living on 380 and fighting traffic is always a serious issue.
Went through the drive thru, normally have an okay experience, but today the drive thru lady had an attitude with us, got both of our sandwiches wrong (one was completely wrong and the other wasn't sauce free as requested), and didn't ask if we needed any sauces. Mistakes happen, but having an attitude with us from the start isn't acceptable.
This week was the first time I ever went to a Jack in the Box and this location was the lucky one. The service wasn't anything exceptional, the only thing to complain was that my sister asked for ranch and didn't get any. The menu looked great, I had no idea what they sold at this place and was very happy when I saw burgers. I got a double burger with bacon and it was great! perphaps the only thing I would change would be amount of mustard, mustard steals a lot of the flavor from other components. But the burger looked spetacular, pretty bun, pretty looking burger and it was delicious. Fries were 4/10, they looked like McDonald's fries but tasted 3 time worse than Mcd's. Fried chicken that my sister got was also not great. overall I would come back but only order the burger. Thanks for the experience. 7/10.Edit: I forgot to mention that they didn't return my credit card at the end and after noticing that 3 hours later I had to return and get it. It was an honest mistake by the store and myself and the cashier was very professional in making sure the card belonged to me before giving it back.
