If you want to experience the world's slowest Starbucks, this is the place. I kid you not, it took nearly 25mins for the entire process to finish.After the car in front of me ordered, I was asked to wait and they'll be right with me. Cool, no biggie. That wait ended up being at least 5mins. Eh, whatever. I did a mobile order so maybe they'll have my items ready when I pull around. Nope!As the third car in line, the +20min wait began. The wait was so long I contemplated leaving. But I did a mobile order and I didn't recall seeing a cancel or refund button so I felt stuck. I had enough time to grow my own coffee beans, milk an almond, grind the bean by hand using a mortar and pestle, and make a cup out of recycled materials I found in my car.By the time my 3rd-in-line car pulled up to the window, my order was miraculously ready. My warm muffins? They were ice cold. My ice cold drink? More like room temperature.If I hate myself or want to **** off my in-laws with an atrocious wait, I'll come here again. Otherwise, hard pass.

I never had this type of mocha cookie crumble. Not worth for waiting in line. Also even my husband got the worst latte ever.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I'll give a negative review when necessary but this Starbucks always goes above and beyond to be so friendly, attentive and polite. This is the Starbucks closest to my house so I go here the most and they have never messed up my order. Definitely giving credit where it's due here!

Every time I’ve placed a mobile order from this location there are items missing. They have to do a better job making sure the drop off station for mobile pick-ups is simple enough for third party services to navigate. This is my third straight order that’s been entirely wrong. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. So I’m not sure why this location is having these issues
