Contribuisci feedbackThis review is not for their always impeccable product delivery and customer service but this one is especially for how they took an adverse situation and turned it around by delivering an exceptional experience (unlike a very famous food chain a few nights ago).I had ordered cookies and ice cream for a milestone celebration and my estimate based on the order details was that package would be delivered between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm last week on Thursday. I left for work knowing that it will be received by my wife so I didn 't have to worry about ice cream melting away in Texas sun during the immense heat. When I didn 't get a text till late afternoon from my wife and I pulled in to the drive way, my jaw dropped because the tiff 's Treats bag was enjoying Texas sun and had been doing so for last few hours. I called the location and Bree answered. I shared with her for what happened. She found the order after empathizing and apologizing, shared that it was Door Dash delivery person who just left at the door despite the instructions of the order for delivering it to my wife. Before I could say something, she said Let me make it up to you! This is where she got me. I was thinking what would she do since the ice cream was gone and cookies were just ok now. As I listened to her do her magic, she told me that she is putting in a fresh order of the same items ordered earlier in the day for no charge to be delivered by their staff at the earlier. She then said and to add to that for you experience earlier, I will also add $15 to your number for you to use on your next visit . She further added that though this couldn 't bring back the experience I had, she hoped that this would go some distance in us staying with them as customers. Shortly after, we had our ordered delivered by one of the staff members.Now this is what customer experience is. You make a mistake which wasn 't even in your hands but since your brand name is impacted, the individual I spoke with took ownership of this situation and turned a gone customer around. All she did was, pre-empt the solution instead of asking me what I wanted which at that point, I was just ready to never go back again.Whoever Bree is at that location, she needs some hardcore recognition for the way she handled this situation and locked us in as customers for this location. This interaction was a prime example of Customer Experience done right...
The customer service was not polite nor helpful when the error was made their end. The cookies once received were cold and not warm the tiff treat way. The delivery time astronomical it took over 90 mins of the hour i waited to get my cookies. When calling the store the hold time was long and the team member was not helpful or listening to my concerns.
Cookies were delicious! And the customer service we received during our visit was great.
The cookies are small and overpriced for what they are. Pretty generic. This location is sloooow for pickup.
Awesome customer experience. Had to change delivery address in the morning, they supported with no issues. Cookies always delicious.
