We finally made it off the waitlist! We tried most of the croissants off the menu, my favorite was the everything croissant with cream cheese, but all of them were outstanding! The best croissants I’ve had in New England. The proprietor was friendly and knowledgeable and the new spot in Pawtucket is walkable from our place, which is an added bonus. Looking forward to our next visit.

Best croissants ever. This is a cool croissant speakeasy where you sign up for the mailing list, and get alerts about the next sale. The new location feels like it 's right out Paris right down to the adorable Boulevard de Buerre sign. The croissants are absolutely delicious. We tried: the Classic the Dainty Pig (Proscuitto Gouda) Choco Almond FilledAll of them were a beautiful combo of flaky, buttery, light and airy perfection. You can really tell the care and love that has gone into baking each one of these croissants. I would highly recommend jumping on that mailing or wait list asap! Pro Tip if the list is closed, follow @butterbangcroissants until a spot opens up. If any of these steps seem overkill, Butterbang is the best example of quality over quantity. It is totally worth waiting!

I am OBSESSED with the Bang Bar croissant bread pudding, never had anything like it. Also had a butter croissant with some chicken pâté from nicks on broadway.. heavenly

This place is seriously amazing. The owner really cares about the quality of the product that he meticulously produces, and it shows! Great looking croissants and absolutely delicious. My personal favorites are the croissants with coffee glaze and the croissant loaf. Always amazing, definitely worth to try.
