Cafe Paragon and Viva - Providence

11/4-- this establishment has been a great place for 20+ years now. Usually all is good, the service is good and prices are reasonable!

My family ate there last night and my 15 yo old son had a burger and onion rings and was sick in the evening.

Yum I enjoyed the personal pizzas and the cocktails! DeliciousAlso I left my keys by accident the waitress grabbed them I was so thankful.

That was our first time in the cafe paragon. the selection of foods was very good. our service was bad until we complained to the manager. our waitress was moved to a private party and did not seem to be aware that pancakes were a special order that they should give to the kitchen. I shall give to the man at the carving station my order, he said that the waitress should write it up and give the kitchen the order. he got the manager for me and he took my command for the kitchen and also spoke with the waitress. she apologised to the people at the table when I was waiting for the pancakes. we had to look for drinks. we will probably try again as long as we don't get the same waitress.

Paragon becomes a bit old, dirty and needs a good cleaning or rebuilding. the back half of the restaurant smells like tiredness and moisturity and is not very welcoming to eat a meal. the room of men also smells terrible. Eating was okay, nothing spectacular. service was good. that is not a good restaurant.
