Chipotle is a great option for those busy days when you need to grab a quick meal on Thayer. However, there are times when it seems like the staff are eager to hand over my food...
This Chipotle is the worst one in Rhode Island. I ordered the "Build Your Own" for $5.55, and I asked for cheese and double shredded beef, but they charged me extra...
The food here is very authentic and reminiscent of rustic Mexican cuisine you would find in a small town in Mexico, though it does come at a significantly higher price—about ten times more.
I really enjoy the food here, but I've had some issues with the staff. They tend to be quite unfriendly, and it seems like the place is a bit disorganized. Help is often seen lounging on the counters near the register, which doesn't contribute to a clean environment. I've noticed that they frequently run out of food when I'm looking for something specific—in fact, the other night at 5 PM, they didn't have any brown rice. Additionally, the cashier didn't understand what I meant when I asked for soda as a drink. It feels like the management has lost control of the situation.
