Jacky's Waterplace (downtown, Providence)

Beautiful environment with windows overlooking the river—very cozy ambience on a rainy night. Seating is very comfortable. Waiter okay but missing in action a bit. Food good—not the best chow fun but good, sushi and bok choy good.

Always a great experience going to this restaurant, which we've been doing for over 10 years now. Online reservations are simple, have great valet parking (free with validation after your dinner), and excellent service.

We were seated outside, which was nice, but the seat cushions were dirty and looked like they had never been washed. The food was plentiful, but only average in taste. We are still searching for good Asian food in Rhode Island.

I called myself especially before I made a midday reservation and asked if the menu providence restaurant week was available on mlk. I was told. When we arrived, we were told that the lunch menu was not available and was not the 16.95 restaurant weeknesses special. we had to order in dinner. then what I thought would control 50 and cost drinking money came to 80. the old bait and switch was pulled and I went with rest I had no plans to eat. one and finished with this location

Dinner was great always is server was exceptional can not wait to go back
