I eat here at least three times a month if you don't speak Spanish don't worry, they speak enough English lol..if you live or work near here, go eat here; your stomach will love you for it! Vegetarian options: They have some Caribbean Vegan favourites Dietary restrictions: Good luck. Ask the cook. Parking: It's a small lot.but you will find a place. Kid-friendliness: Sure Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Great place to grab something for my kids before and after school. Also its right next to a Health Center which is convenient.
Amazing food and service, the down side is that you HAVE to bring CASH. Love the food, music and vibe.I’ve ordered breakfast, lunch and catered pernil for several occasions.I wish they accept credit cards, I would come more frequently plus you get the reward points ? lol.
The food is decent, though the variety is somewhat limited. However, what's offered is satisfactory. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable. The owner is a dedicated and experienced woman specializing in Dominican cuisine. When available, they serve the best oatmeal in town. As for parking, there are about 3-4 spots available in front of the restaurant, but since many customers prefer takeout, parking might be difficult in the area.
I had the smooth mangú with salami, fried cheese, and egg for $5, and it was fresh and delicious. The chinola (passion fruit) juice was fantastic as well, priced at $3. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The place is clean and has a cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the large traditional pots and a beautiful picture of the owner's mother in her kitchen back in the Dominican Republic.
