Panera Bread - Providence

I went out for dinner with my mom and one of my sisters. We ordered the Frozen Caramel Cold Brew, Sausage Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The total came to around $22. I would give the restaurant four stars because while the prices and atmosphere weren't perfect, I would still return to try their breakfast items.

I was initially going to rate the service a 2, but when a nearby employee listening to us discuss our order mix-up during her lunch break, she immediately got up, came over, and resolved the issue for us. I wish all retail and food service workers were as attentive and caring as she was. In today's times, it's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service. A big thank you to this amazing lady for going above and beyond to help us.

The menu items shown on the self-serve kiosks were marked as sold out, but upon speaking to the cashier, we learned that they were still available for in-person orders. It would have been helpful to have signs on the kiosks informing customers of this policy, as we almost left before realizing other customers were still able to order. The restaurant does not have public restrooms and also did not provide any hand sanitizer.

Was surprised was out of a large selection of bagels. Only 1 plain bagel left, and several cinnamon raison, not my favorite. Was there in the in the morning at 10:30AM. Not very clean. The service was lacking experience but helpful.
