Saladworks - Providence

Every time i order from this place my order is messed up. this time i ordered a grains bowl with extra dressing (and paid extra) and a roll. i didn’t receive any of those things. i also got what seems to be roasted bell peppers on my bowl??? i’m completely thrown off and angry, don’t even want it. please do better, people are wasting their time and money here. OHH, and also no untensils

The staff has always been great. I met with the manager about an order that was messed up and he made things right. Thanks!

I love salads! Everything looked fresh and tasted great. Will come back next time I'm in Providence, and will seek them out in other places I travel.

First off all they forgot half of my order (I ordered online). They forgot my dressing, my roll, and my utensils. ALSO, I ordered avocado on my salad and the guy said I made the decision that the avocados were not good. They did nothing to fix this They just simply didn 't put it on my salad. I didn 't get any money back or even another topping to make up for it.
