Starbucks - Providence

One of my favorite Starbucks locations in Providence is definitely this one, and the main reason is the exceptional staff! The team is a great mix of long-time employees and newcomers, ensuring that every visit is smooth and quick. I’ve always found the parking situation frustrating, which often drove me to choose other places, but now I just park down the block or behind CVS and walk through, because the quick service and well-made coffee make the extra steps worthwhile. The manager is fantastic—she always greets you warmly, and Alice is, without a doubt, a delightful morning ray of sunshine.

I really enjoy this location, particularly because the staff is incredible. They adhere to all COVID guidelines, and the establishment is kept very clean.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the city! I live in East Providence, so this location is just across the bridge for me. I'm familiar with all the employees, and the managers are always friendly and respectful! The outdoor seating area is spacious and has hedges that provide privacy from the busy traffic on Angell Street. It’s a really lovely spot!

The place is pretty nice and also has comfortable chairs and stuff

My car's battery broke down so I was late to pick up my coffee order. The Starbucks barista was a gem of a lady and made me fresh coffee. Excellent customer service
