Y Noodle - Providence

I was not impressed with this restaurant. While there are hints of Japanese culture throughout, the overall experience fails to capture the spirit. The Ramen is average at best, and the rest of the menu is forgettable. It feels like a Japanese/Western fusion restaurant, which is not a positive thing. The food is mediocre and the service is terrible. There is potential here, but they don't live up to it. I hope you have a better experience than I did. Good luck.

This charming bistro has a great selection of inventive food and drinks, along with a lovely outdoor seating area. We shared a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. The yakitori, soup dumplings, and tonkatsu were all standout dishes. The cocktail menu offered unique options that I haven't seen anywhere else, making it difficult to choose just one. Our server was friendly and attentive. I'm already looking forward to returning!

This restaurant is a hidden gem with fantastic food! We started with the poke bomb appetizer and then enjoyed the Ramen and noodle trio. Every dish was delicious. We will definitely return! Our only suggestion is to offer more vegetarian and fish/seafood only options. Combining pork and seafood limits choices for pescatarians.

We unexpectedly went here after another restaurant had a long wait and we were very pleasantly surprised. No wait here for lunch on a Monday. Unfortunately their vegan options were limited but I was very pleased with the (forget the name, sorry) vegan ramen noodle option I chose! The broth was savory, perfectly salty, and delicious I drank the last drop! Our bowls were empty at the end of the meal. My partner got the pork noodle bowl and was very happy with his meal, a flavorful and unique pork broth and perfectly cooked pork.

This joint has great food, cool atmosphere and variety. I enjoyed everything. They welcomed us in as soon as the opened. Waiter was courteous and knowledgeable of the items that were 86d.
