Never (or almost never) there are tables available, so if you don't like to wait, go to another place, because there is always a waiting list of at least 20 minutes. From the Ostia is a genuine Spanish tapas bar experience in Santiago, there is from the most classic (and most successful) as a tortilla of potatoes, bravas potatoes, croquettes, Iberian ham and manchego cheese; but if they are more adventurous there are other options such as the pintxos, or the calluses or the shrimps. And yes or yes, a summer red. I think the hand with this is much better than with sangria.
