The ambiente is great, eating and service terrible. first, it is not weeping. After asking my server for a weeping list that she hadn't brought, I had to go into the bar to ask for one. I was printed out a single page with few options. second, our whole food was boiled. I had the pesto pasta, which was hard and oily, with very few garnel (which was extra to supplement). the tylloins were chewing and unusable, and the wagyu bolognese was a sad spaghetti and meat sauce with a chic name to increase the price. whatever high sign they try to achieve, they have failed. also the bathrooms are in the grunde aushäuser with a strong odour.
The food was delicious, cooked and perfectly presented! really a farm to import gourmet style culinary experience, with exceptional meat from the world famous St.Lawrence market. all fresh ingredients, properly executed. can not wait to try more of the dry aged steak! delicious! in any case must try for increased kitchen on the island. owners and chefs are really talented, phenomenal people. also the most beautiful place for a wine bar and restaurant! many thanks for the great experience we grill wok l winebar! don't hesitate to give them an attempt!
The setting of the restaurant was nice with two bright lights and a waterfall, but that is where the positive ones stopped. our culinary experience lasted 2.5 hours with 2 children. my man ordered the octopus attarsizer and when he asked the waitress how she shared it, it is very chewing and not something she would order. he also asked that his thun fish is cooked rarely and it was brought to the table cooked med-well. my daughter commands the oz. she is twelve and ordered a 6 oz portion with frits. her steak looked beautiful, but a much bigger part without pommes. When the review came, we were charged for a 13 ounce share, who said the smallest part they had. so this was a $80 steak instead of a $40 steak and we had to remember the waitress of the pommes that came 15 minutes later. I needed a gluten-free and milk-free option. the waitress recommended a grilled fish dish that was mixed with carrots. she said I could replace her with another side. I chose spagel that appeared on our bill for $16. we asked for it to be removed, especially due to the steak surprise, and got a declaration that some pages cannot be replaced. we wanted to try out dessert, but waited long after our main course without any attention from the employees we wanted elsewhere. Unfortunately, our family of this restaurant cannot recommend and would suggest many of the other facilities on the island to have a great meal for a great worth in a reasonable time frame:
This restaurant was overwhelmed during the holiday week. Short staffed on waiters, and in the kitchen, they could barely keep up. It’s unfortunate because the manager understands what good service is and if given a little more help could deliver it. The food was overall mediocre. Some dishes good others pedestrian but due to the problem in the kitchen, the majority of it came out cold. Manager made a nice accommodation on the bill so we didn’t leave unhappy but we would warn you not to go until the holiday rush is over.
