Potbelly - Proviso Township

Avoid this place at all costs if you want to enjoy your time at this mall. Sometime ago when I went, the young female white cashier with brown hair was rude, disrespectful, and downright miserable. I told her I was missing an item from my order. She nearly screamed at me that I would have to pay for it, got really nasty and treated me like an idiot. No sorry about that, it will be (price) please . There 's plenty of past comments detailing similar experiences to mine about the abhorrent staff.

A place where sandwiches are delicious. It's great for quick lunch. I'm glad there's no tip. Haha. I enjoyed the chicken salad a lot. The lettuce was not that fresh but overall it was delicious!

I work in the Oakbrook Mall and I go here every other week, love Potbelly but the workers in this location need an attitude adjustment. It gets extremely busy in the mall and I get it but I deserve the same respect as any other customer. I am beyond annoyed that I can’t even enjoy my break here without an employee treating me like I’m stupid when I’m trying to order my lunch.

The white girl working today on 2/7/24 at 2 o clock and the ack lady who is doing topping were so rude today they have no respect for others they are super ignorant Highley suggest don’t go there!
