Puttshack Oakbrook - Proviso Township

The golfing is really fun and the food is excellent! My only complaint is they sometimes turn the music up way too loud later in the night and you can't hear the person next to you.

Worst experience. Almost like a joke. Employees were wandering around doing nothing. We asked for help and they sent us back to the registration kiosk. Registration forces you to put the name phone number and email of each person. We had a start time at 11 am which is the first start and they have thee groups all starting on the same course at the same time. You wait and wait and wait. I complained to the manager who walked away from me. Their employees are just playing on their cell phones. If you have small kids, it’s terrible because their computer system cannot track multiple balls at once. Not fun at all.

Poorly managed! Had a reservation , and it took 1 hour to play 9 holes do to overcrowded holes. As well as not adhering to reservation times! This is nuts! Great concept, but won't be back!

We reserved a time during the weekend and had a fun experience. It was busy but well organized. Check in was easy, and the course was engaging and fun for our entire family. We really liked how it kept score for you!Puttshack is clean and well staffed. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. This place is especially great for when the weather is rainy and such. Just make sure to book your game early if possible. Have fun!

This place is horrid, the staff is rude and unprofessional. They lie to customers, make false accusations to police officers putting customers in danger, and are racist. Do not spend a dime here give it to places with professional and kind workers.
