They also force you to pay an additional 25% service fee and there is no service , you are getting everything yourself , and of course non of this is told when you call to make a reservation , they only tell you that it is 29,99 a person . We ended up paying 87,00 for two . It would’ve been ok had I known the prices upfront , but they up-charge you in a sneaky way . Not worth the trip and will never go back .
The food is very very good as the steak was very fresh and good. The workers made sure we enjoyed our food and everything is fine. The atmosphere is better than anything as it gives u a freedom with the privacy of praying Maghrib after having the delicious food. Definitely coming again
During my recent visit to Raza Restaurant, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my dining experience. Firstly, the credit card machine was out of service, which caused inconvenience as I was not carrying cash. Additionally, the buffet, which initially seemed promising, was not replenished after the first serving, leaving limited options for later guests. Lastly, the cashier’s attempt to include a $72 gratuity on the bill was unexpected and not clearly communicated beforehand, which I found to be quite excessive. Overall, while the potential for a good dining experience exists, these operational mishaps need to be addressed for a truly enjoyable meal.
