Demae Japanese - Provo

The nicest people and the Katsu Donburi is one of the best I have ever eaten.

My family and I have gone to Demae for nearly 30 years. Food is fresh and delicious; everything from sushi, tempura, udon soups, tonkatsu, and more! We highly recommend Demae!

Went here almost 20 years ago…then back in Provo for a weekend, we decided to give it another go. It was good then and it is good now. We were not disappointed.The service was good and kind and the food was delicious—we are wondering why more people don’t frequent this place. Yes, the decor is dated, but it was clean.We each got a Bento Box along with some sushi and tempura. So glad we went to Demae. I’ll be back again soon.

Overall a nice experience. Food is good quality. The restaurant is decently clean, but not perfect. It's very nice and quiet inside. Decent balance of price and quantity. Flavors are real and pleasant. It's been my daughter's favorite on many occasions.

The food here is very good. And value for money is outstanding.
