I was impressed with the variety of cookies and the worker was very helpful. However, we were disappointed with the freshness of the cookies. We ended up ordering 5 cookies. At one point the worker said we only keep our dough for 10 days before throwing it out . This caught my attention, because I 'm pretty sure the big competitors in town burn through their dough in the same day. This should have been my sign that the cookies would not be fresh. When we tried the cookies right after checking out, the cookies did not match the description the worker had given us (crunchy on the outside and soft and almost gooey on the inside). Rather, it seemed like the cookies had been made the day before and reheated for us. Maybe our is not the normal experience, but I felt like the cookies did not meet our expectations. I would recommend going to one of the other places in town if you want a fresh warm cookie.
If you’re in a college town and trying to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is the place. You definitely get the best bang for your buck compared with other cookie places. The quality is pretty much the same as some of the other places but the 2 for 1 student discount is unbeatable.
If you’re looking for a cookie, I would go here before anywhere else in Provo. Their service was a little slow, but totally worth it. Also if you are a student they give you a free cookie when you show your student ID. Goodly Cookies Crumbl.
Best cookies in the West. Big, full of flavor, and fun varieties. We always get at least a dozen when we’re in SLC. My only complaint? We need Goodly in Montana!
This place definitely has the best bang for your buck!! My fiancé and I go here whenever we have a sweet tooth, you should do the same!!
