Jj Burger - Provo

A great place to eat! But, do NOT park in lot just south of JJ Burger building. We did and got towed by Lone Star Towing. We had to pay over $300 to get our car back. Predatory practice by Gardenias Event Center and Lone Star Towing.

The burger was great and the employees were running back and forth from the kitchen working as hard as possible. Tables were clean and good vibe. Would be a 5* except the shakes were not great. It tasted like the ice cream had been spun a little too much and started to butter ball (tastes like gritty sand). You may want Taylor ice cream to come out and recalibrate (sorry, my ice cream production background is coming out).

Good burgers and prices. They have Iron Port on tap to drink.

Yummy food. Great service! We came in around 9pm with a group of 20+ and they were quick to get all our food cooked and brought to us. The food was good and they were so nice! Loved it.

A little bit disappointing. Their website shows a picture of a burger with a fairly thick patty and an egg on it. However, the burger I actually got was far from what was pictured on the site. The patty was barely 1/8th an inch thick and there wasn't an option to have an egg on any of the burger options. The flavor was decent and overall the place wasn't so bad, but the advertising on the main website was very misleading.
