Pizza Hut - Provo

This was the worst experience I ever had with a pizza hut. First we wanted to order a salad and they didn't carry them at this location. Then we are told 45 min for our order and 1 1/2 hours later I called and they said it was picked up and on its way.The pizza hut was 5 min away from our hotel and it took another 20 min. The pizza was over cooked, no sauce on it and was asthin as paper and tasted like cardboard. The cheesy bread was also overcooked and the cheese was brown and crispy. I ordered a 2liter bottle of 7 up and received 2 20oz bottles of soda. Very unhappy, not to mention the price for this awful food and servicewas ridiculous.

Highly suggest ordering from somewhere else. Ordered pizza at 6pm on a Sunday, had a 30 min delivery time. An hour and a half later had to call and see what was going on with the order, didn?t have a delivery drive so didn?t make the pizza. Truly notworth your time to order from a poorly ran store.

We were traveling and arrived in town later than I anticipated, called the store close to closing time and they still were willing to deliver. Thank you for helping out this mama feed her babes.

Very lousy customer experience!!! I order a pizza and chicken alfredo on their online site, get told that my pizza will be delivered by 4:45 that day, then it never gets delivered. I call the location at 5:00 to ask why my pizza wasn't delivered, butthe girl who answered the phone HUNG up on me TWICE in a row, and then when I call a third time, I get a computer voice sayingthat the store is CLOSED, even though the website clearly claims that the location is open for another 3 hours that day. PizzaHut offers NO food even though your credit card will still be charged the full amount, and their thieving employees willinstantly hang up on you when you try calling them to find out why you were charged, but never given any food. This companydeserves to go out of business and no one will ever miss them when they're gone.

No wonder this franchise is trash. Just look at the reviews and decide for yourself. There is a pattern of not only poor quality, but also terrible customer service. Where are you hiring these employees from? Just off the streets w/out training?Franchisee can't care less. Don't go there!
