Ruby River Steakhouse - Provo

The restaurant did not recognize our reservation via opentable. they said they did not receive any reservations about their business, so their service was pointless.

They refused to recognize my online reservation. they wanted to get rid of them. they were annoying. said: I could wait 45 minutes, like all others. had no explanation for how I made the reservation when they get rid of it. not remained. will never go there.

Ruby river was very good. The only problem we encountered was that they had NO RECORD OF OUR RESERVATION SO WE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 30 Minutes to be seated. 30 minutes is not a bad wait time for a Friday night without a reservation. The hostess told us that this happens often. WHY???

Our server Gabe was the best! The rest of the experience was poor. We booked online and when we got there we were told they stopped doing that but they could cut our 40min wait to 20 minutes. We waited because everywhere else was booked. The food came out quickly but was not good, the steaks had no flavor. Gabe our server was fast and polite and we never had an empty glass. He had a large section to take care of and he was flying around to everyone to keep people happy. Great job Gabe!!

We made a reservation on line, which was confirmed with a confirmation number. When we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. We showed her our reservation confirmation number. Your attendant apologized and said we would be seated as a party of six after one other party of six. In about twenty minutes, the lobby had cleared and the other party of six either left or was seated. Your attendant then came up to us and asked if we had a reservation ??????? I informed her that not only had we had a reservation, but she took our information just twenty minutes before!!!!!! We saw at least five tables which were empty. It still took another ten minutes to seat us! Per our food order, one of our members did not received the potato side ordered until we finally caught a waiter and asked her to bring it.
