The Bagel Den - Provo

They care more about closing up then the customers. They close at 5:00 PM and when I got there at 3:20 most of the seats were stacked up in tall stacks so there was almost no where to sit except the uncomfortable stools by the window. As I was about to leave at 4:06 a guy walked in as a worker was sweeping and he nicely asked if they were open until 5. She said yes but stopped him as he was walking to sit at a table and told him they were closing the seating area and he had to sit on the stools by the window. I felt like they just wanted me to leave. Their behavior makes it clear they don't care about the customer's experience but just care about being able to sweep and get out of there exactly at 5 PM. I won't be coming back.

The Mexicana breakfast sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I go back regularly.

My favorite restaurant right now. If you like salmon definitely try the Nova Lox‍?

Solid bagel sandwich. A step above the big chains for sure!
