Wendy's - Provo

So earlier tonight I tried to use the mobile app to get a deal that was super good but for some reason the app was down for me. So I went there anyway hoping to just be able to redeem it anyway but unfortunately I only could get it through the app. I just wanted to give a shout out to the workers tonight and for their great service despite me having some difficulties. The young man at the drive thru pay window was really patient and understanding. The woman who gave me my food was also very kind and explained to me how else I could claim their deals that they do other than through the mobile app. The best part of it all though was getting home and realizing that they gave me an extra 4 pc chicken nugget! Whether it was by accident or not either way it made my night and I just wanted to give credit where it was deserved as it is rare to come by kindness and consideration like that these days.

Food is basically what you would expect, employees seem distracted and a bit unhappy which makes for a less than fun experience.

Horrible service. went in with family after a movie to get some food and were left standing at the register waiting to order for almost 10 minutes. the worker also passed by us like 4 times and completely ignored us. it was then another 20 until we got our food. we all really wanted to get home so we didn't check all the bags and turns out we didn't even get all the food we were supposed to. will not be coming back

Love Wendys. Today was a bad bad day. I waited for almost 20 minutes for food, typically they are amazing so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Me and my husband decided to have lunch here and he ordered a loaded nacho burger in a meal. We sat down and when he opened it it was a pretzel burger. He went up to the counter to exchange it, instead of the employee being accountable that they made a mistake he told his co workers very loudly so we could still hear that my husband was retarded and changed his mind. The employee was also wearing air pods in one ear and was dancing around not really listening. When we expressed that the drinks tasted weird and may be out of syrup he said they taped the machines shut and they can't fix it. This will be the last time I come to this location. Employee was maybe a teen boy with curly long hair and a very loud voice.
