I couldn't find out how to get into the kfc and young I'm glad I missed it because I would have missed the best roast chicken stables ever. I was wondering what a hell is “cracking”? since I was not at this facility before I decided to get some items on the menu to try them out. I started with the bark breeze with sweet bbq sauce and hot bbq sauce. the brisket is so delicate that I really don't think I've eaten the braut. the sauce places I think they don't offer the ones I requested because they both had one on them that was a disappointment. I waited until I came home to add the aromes of the sose I requested. I went on to the “Kissen”. they are really finger licking good. the season on this left I wish I had ordered more than the 3 I bought to rehearsal. They are about as big as a tennis ball or a little bigger and they are really chicken deep fried to perfection. that was amazing. I can't wait for my next trip because these are part of my route. that were really wonderful! guard off who came with this season combination. then I got cold huh whole white meat mostly winged. for the price it was not bad. but after the chicken stables I would have paid a bit extra for the fresh fried. but it was a good bone sample in the bun. They can want to deodorize their refrigerator better so that the bun does not taste the refrigerator. while waiting for my order, I saw some pages that took my attention: broccoli salad and corn duggers. I bought both when the cash came back. he wasn't so pleasant when I asked to order her because the line was 4 cars back. he might want to be a little nicer to pay customers. he gave me no silverware to eat the shiny and serviettes. I first tried the maize duggers nothing amazing a little greasy only framed mais deep fried until there is no cream its just mais. churches chickens do this much better and they are not as fat and there is still cream as part of the mais. the Broccoli stole was the next best I bought. I had to eat with my fingers during the drive, but wow was great. something too sweet, but still wonderful. I had expected that her typical broccoli stole, which is comminuted, but that was a piece of fresh broccoli, golden russines and sunflower seeds. that was wonderful, all sunk in the dressing. that will be a big next trip. overall it must be a charlies chicken close to kill, tx. it must be a charles chicken wherever. thanks kfc that I will miss her entrance and drive right next to charlies. one more thing, you get the ordering board to work so you can see the menu at the ordering. when someone who had never visited the restaurant, it was a failure. then there are no printed menus in the window. attach the menu board or for Pete’s will they have a printed menu available. pictures are coming back soon.
They are not the same as the ones down south. The chunks is what i go there for, and they are not nearly as good of quality as the Charlie's around Muskogee, Tulsa, or Sand Springs. Then to top it off the menu said $32.99 for 20 piece chunks, and it rang up $39.99. The person at the register said it just went up the day before. If you are going to raise your prices don't mislead people for your over priced food. I will not return to this Charlie's unfortunately. Only reason for 2 stars is the friendly staff, clean restaurant, and a bite to eat.
This is by far the best Charlie’s Chicken ever. Great service great food. Super clean everyone is so nice. Great job everyone.
Have past thru Pryor Ok about 5 times and have eaten at Charlie' twice. The first time we where here was after lunch, was concern cause there were no customers and was not sure how good it was. After a while customers started to come in. The aroma was awesome! This was in November of 2013. The employees where kind and courteous, my wife and I saw the chicken chunks and could not believe the size of them, order both the chunks and ribs. They were awesome. The second time was for dinner on our way back home, again we where not disappointed. The other times we pass to early or to late of the day. We are planning on passing by next month and can't wait to eat at Charlie's again. This chicken is the best I have tasted, it beats the major chain ones.
On 5/19/22 I had lunch (BBQ Rib Meal) at the Pryor location and everything seemed not freshly cooked. Ribs tasted days old along with the banana pudding. I've eaten at this location in past times and the food has always seemed fresh to the taste.
