Puerto Azul - Pueblo Libre

Very popular with locals and full of people enjoying actual heaps of food. We were overwhelmed by the portion size and we were only sharing a ceviche and a seafood paella style dish. Fresh and delicious and speedy service we only wish we'd...taken a doggy bag for the leftovers!

My wife and I tried this place for lunch on the advice of local friends. They said that the ceviche was excellent and they were right. We shared a Ceviche de Pescado and it was much better than can be had at high-end restaurants...which charge at least 50% more. And the serving was large enough to satisfy us both. Then we split an Arroz Chaufa con Mariscos. It was also enough for two people, loaded with mixed sea creatures, and quite tasty. And inexpensive. The only downside was the service. It took more than 20 minutes to get the first course. And at the end, the waitress forgot to charge us for the Arroz Chaufa. We pointed this out and she then added the new total incorrectly. But, what the hell, the food was good and she was cute. We will go back. And we will order the Seafood Jalea which looked awesome (and HUGE). The restaurant is located just across the road from the beach at Cerro Azul.

I take some time off, this is a good place close to the beach in cerro azul cañete comfortable had a restaurant under and room service if they have the beach a few meters away and about 5 of the pier in the night main...plaza de la cuidad is nice to have a drink or very safe to eat, but have a great time. tap around the city many oher places for various budgets enjoy it.

Bastante agradable la comida. Ambiente tranquilo cerca a la playa y atencion rapida. Seguridad para el cuidado del auto.
